After a weird experience checking out a kindergarten position and deciding it was not a good fit for me (long story short, it was a very, very high pressure private school for 2-6 years olds with tests, homework, and letter grades for the 5-6 year olds. Not my scene at all, let them have some fun!) I have been trying to figure out my next move.

We have a couple opportunities on the horizon, but I do not want to get my heart set on anything that isn’t set in stone so for now Tee is back guiding and I am keeping my eyes and ears open for teaching jobs, looking into Thai lessons, registering our marriage and figuring out the logistics of my next visa run. Ugh, paperwork.

The good news is I have more time to write, so look for a new Chiang Mai food series starting next week!
